Tara was born in St. Louis, Missouri with a passion for performing; she started singing and dancing at 2 years old.  From then on, Tara was immersed in dance class and took acting lessons everywhere her family moved.

In Houston Texas, Tara performed every season at the Pavilion Amphitheater for their annual Nutcracker performance.

After graduating High School with honors, Tara took a course at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London.

Tara continued her studies in New York at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy under the Musical Theater degree.  She finished her degree in Los Angeles, CA in TV/Film.

While in LA, Tara joined, The Open Fist Theater; she performed in many productions including a World Premiere of, The Existents, where she learned to swing the lead female roles. Other productions include, Stage Door, and BOTH (A Beatles Nativity).

A college professor Tara kept in touch with, Rachel Goldberg, triggered Tara’s writing passions. The result snowballed into creating her own work.

“I am not going to wait for someone to cast me in their film to spark my creativity. I am going to create my own passionate work, because nobody is going to do it for me.  I can’t sit idly by as everyone else does what I know I can”.

Tara is still continuing her education with classes at Anthony Meindl’s Acting Studio as well as dance and vocal classes. Tara is also creatively writing shorts, and web series that are in different stages of production.
